"I cannot remember exactly how I first learned of your company and decided to use your services six years ago to move to where I currently live. I have been a caregiver for a long time friend who needed to move to an ALF and I called you to move her things. She moved to a second floor apartment but was on the list for a first floor apartment which she recently was able to get, so I phoned you again to move additional pieces from her home and move her things from the second floor to the first floor apartment. All that was accomplished without any problems whatsoever.
